We&#8217;ve paired these with some marinated sungold cherry tomatoes, fried green tomatoes, some Millarckee Farms&#8217; arugula and a drizzle of Celebrity Dairy goat cheese with aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. <p style="text-align: left;">Elaine&#8217;s has been lucky  enough to deal with Alex and Betsy Hitt for years, which must help us  with our corner of their tomato market because there&#8217;s just not enough  to go around!  Who knows how long we&#8217;ll keep our share in order to serve  the sampler, but looks like the season is going well.</p>
<p>Soft Shell Crabs are also back for a limited time! We&#8217;ve got a new menu item in their honor:</p>
