Chef Bret Jennings wants to open up his impressive wine cellar to our most loyal customers. While some wines have already been featured on his award-winning wine list, Bret has a cellar full of aging wines that are only getting better with time. There’s nothing better than sharing it with our customers and pairing it with great seasonal food.
With that simple goal in mind, we are launching a new series of “Cellar Dinners” where Bret will select a theme or wine region and devise a menu that will spotlight these special bottles. These prix fixe multi-course dinners will be $100 per person and will be limited to 16 seats maximum and must be reserved in advance.
The first Cellar Dinner takes place on June 19th and will focus on 2002 French White Wines and North Carolina crab. We are now taking reservations for the upcoming event.
Bret will also offer Private Cellar Dinners where he will work with you on a mutually desirable date and theme based on taste and budget. Much like a personal chef’s table dinner with several courses paired to a thematic wine selection. Private Cellar Dinners have an 8 person minimum.
